Star was our little pet budgie who meant the world to us. He sadly fell ill 2 days ago and died early this morning. A big part of us has gone away. We love you our little Star. Fly to Jesus.

Heavenly Wings
These feathered friends of ours,
Bring happiness beyond belief;
And when they are no more
Nothing can dispel our grief.
We must remember the happiness
Of special moments shared;
Knowing we gave our love
and the very best of care.
A bird is a special companion
That burrows deep into our hearts;
God will care for our loved ones
When their life on earth departs.
Knowing our friends live on -
In this we can find consolation;
Filling the heavens with color
And the noise of jubilation.
